In a world filled with many challenges and constant change, every youth possesses the unique ability to dream, dare, and do, and to transform their aspirations into tangible actions that create lasting impact is really hard to see. This article will talk and be open about empowering youth and explores how their dreams can be harnessed to make a real difference in the world.

The power to DREAM

It all begins with a dream, the power to imagine. The dreams of young individuals are like seeds, waiting to be nurtured and cultivated. They hold within them the power to inspire, innovate, and challenge the existing norms. From the words 'Empowering youth' what concept do you imagine or what do you think this words mean? For me, empowering youth means creating an environment that will encourage everyone to dream big, fostering a sense of belief in their abilities and instilling the notion that their voices matter. You can start questioning yourself like "What is the one thing you've always wanted to do or achieve?" Or "What career do I want to pursue? ". Everyone wants to do something, Everyone wants to achieve something. Something they want to fulfill their needs and wants mainly for their happiness. Even though what age you are, you should know that you have the ability to dream something. Something BIG!

The power of COURAGE

However, dreams alone are not enough. Empowering youth requires the cultivation of courage—the courage to dare. To transform dreams into reality, young individuals need to step outside their comfort zones and take bold risks. This involves embracing failure as a stepping stone to success and viewing obstacles as opportunities for growth.For me, Empowering youth means providing them with the tools or materials to use to face every challenge head-on, either if it is building resilience, encouraging them to push boundaries and vice versa. The power of one's courage is the power of one's life. Do you really believe that you will be able to achieve something if you don't have the power of courage to do? That's Ridiculous!

The power to DO

Taking action is where dreams truly come to life. If not now, when are you going to do it? When you're already old? When you already loss the chances? The power lies in the word "do." Empowering youth means providing them with the skills, knowledge, and resources and support to turn their dreams into actions. Whether through initiating community projects, advocating for social justice, or developing innovative solutions to global issues, youth have the capacity to effect change.

Okay, You already have the support. Question yourself, what actions are you going to do? Are you going to help yourself first? Clean your room? What's the plan?

It's okay to feel loss at first. AT LEAST you're trying. AT LEAST you're doing!

You can take a self assessment to know your strengths and weaknesses. Search some on the internet for some self assessment test or if you have an ability to know your strengths and weaknesses, you can write it on a piece of paper and self assess yourself.Knowing yourself is the most important thing before knowing the world, people, or vice versa. Put yourself first, but do something to exit your comfort zone. Have the mentality that being not too comfortable is comfortable.

By empowering everyone, we need to take action. We can unlock their potential as catalysts for their progress. Like what Dr. Jose Rizal said, "The youth is the hope of our future"
